Some time ago you said that we will get one, can you tell us if its still actual and if yes, could you tell when it will appear?

The npc is there, but I heard there are still some bugs.
So I think it would be wise of you would still wait a bit till the bugs are fixed or you might waste money or addon items.

You got for example duncan, npc who sells pirate first addon (second aint working yet)
But I purchased the addon and when I relogged I lost it... so wait till it's fixed
